The Nakusp and Area Community Forest would like to extend our deepest condolences to the Calles-Charet family and all of Eloise’s friends.
Eloise was a fierce friend, a strong advocate for community forestry and collaboration, and an incredible teacher to many students who she passed a wealth of knowledge onto.
Eloise will be greatly missed, but her legacy and knowledge has been embedded into this community, and many other regions.
