NACFOR donated to 30 projects in 2023 with either cash donations, in-kind materials or services, or logging truckloads of firewood.
A total of $43,321 in cash was donated to projects, $1,533 of in-kind materials, and $4,000 in logging truckloads of firewood.
And, from previous year’s contributions, the NACFOR Legacy Fund, distributed by the Village of Nakusp and RDCK Area K director, donated cash to projects by the Edgewood Community Club Society, the Burton Volunteer Fire Department, and the Nakusp Wayfinding Signage Plan.
