Annually, the NACFOR Board of Directors goes on a field tour with management to an area within the CFA land base. This year, the board and management toured a recent harvesting area in the woodlot that NACFOR owns, Woodlot 406 on Mt. Jordan.
The board were interested to hear about the harvesting techniques, clean up after harvesting, and the plans for planting climate resilient species on this site. After the tour, everyone sat down at the viewpoint for a picnic dinner and to review strategic priorities.
It was a beautiful evening with a great view!
