Wildfire risk reduction crews will be working in Wensley Creek Recreation Area beginning on Wednesday, September 25 2024.
Crews will be working within Treatment Unit A, shown in yellow on the map, to thin the understory and remove ground fuel.
Crews will be burning the leftover piles from 2023 treatment in the areas shown in pink on the map.
There may be temporary closures to sections of the Jackrabbit trail and adjacent ski trails for the safety of the public and workers. Please obey all signage and avoid active work areas.
